Eight Months and Growing

Eli has been rolling over onto his stomach in the morning and then whining (and waking us up) since he couldn't roll back over. Fortunately, he learned how to roll onto his back today, and was rolling all over the floor. Shouldn't be long before he starts crawling and getting into stuff.

This was Eli's 4th-of-July outfit (thanks Sis. McLeish!)

Laying on the grass at the park with some friends, waiting for the fireworks to start. We sat Eli up and he watched the fireworks intently for a while, and then went back to playing with his toys. Also, notice that he usually holds his own bottle now - that's been a nice change for us. :)

Emily and Eli went to the Children's Discovery Museum with Laurie and Trish when the Aldermans were in town.

Kate was helpful pushing Eli everywhere.

... and then starting to get grumpy because the hat was a little heavy.

Laurie holding Eli at Kate's birthday party.

Teila (Dale's sister) and RJ had a baby on June 10th. Happy birthday Mylee!!

It doesn't seem that long ago that Eli was that small!

Playing in the back yard.

Emily made a ballerina costume for a neighbor's birthday party, and just had to try it out on Eli. Looks like Eli was enjoying it just a little too much. :)
